LINZYME^® SPL is a concentrated liquid of acid cellulase is that made by the introduced technology from United States through submerged fermentation, suitable for after-finishing procedures e.g. removing fuzz and polishing against cellulose fiber fabrics e.g. cotton, ramie and its blended fabrics. This product can be remixed to achieve different removing fuzz effect and style, also is suitable for washing plants and dyeing plants.

Feature of product

Quickly & effectively remove the surface fuzz of fabric, polish the surface of fabric with clear texture, greatly reduce the pilling rate; have a soft hand feeling of fabric, make the fabric more elegant; improve the visual effect; enhance the air permeability of fabric, improve the wearing comfort and upgrade the quality of product; little damage to the tensile strength; shorten the after-polishing time, economize the energy.

Processing condition

Enzyme amount: 0.1% ～ 0.2% (o.w.f. – to fabric weight, the exact amount is depending on the processing demand) [60,000]

Bath ratio: 5 ～ 15L/Kg fabric

Temperature: 55ᵒ̊C ～ 60℃(58ᵒC is standard)

Processing time: 50 ～ 60 minutes, the exact time is depending on the processing demand

pH value: 4.5 ～ 4.8, if not in this scope, adjust with glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate buffer solution.

　 　For inactivation, raise the temperature @ 80 ̊ C. and drop the bath after 5-10minutes.

Packing : standard package 30kg plastic drum.

Storage : This product shall be stored under 25℃ in cool and dry place, high temperature and direct sunlight must be avoided, shelf life is 9 months under the sealed condition, enzyme activity exceeds the activity indicated.
