Description:

LINZYME®NL is a neutral liquid cellulase which is also environment friendly, efficient, low staining product with wide temperature scope independently researched & developed by Hunan NHY bio, with the strain produced by the genetic engineering technology, its comprehensive performance reaches the international leading level.


Character of product

Appearance: brown liquid (due to the variety of this product, each batch of products is slightly different in form and color, but irrelevant to the quality and effect of product)

Feature of product

  1. This product is specially prepare for reduce the dyeing process time
  2. You can use it in the dye bath process with our Bio-scouring Enzyme.
  3. With this product you can easily reduce your dyeing process time minimum 2 hours in the each batch duration.
  4. With wild pH scope, normally no need to adjust pH value when using.
  5. From the beginning of scouring step you can use it with our scouring Enzyme + a low foaming Detergent agent.
  6. This product is environment friendly and complying with the international, domestic environmental & safety standard.

Processing condition and recommendations:

Dosages : 0.1 ~ 0.2% (o.w.f. – to fabric weight, the exact amount is depending on the processing demand)

Bath ratio : 1:6 ~ 1:10

Temperature : 40 ̊C ~ 60℃

Time : 30 ~ 90 minutes.( The exact processing time is depending on the processing type and demand.)

pH value : 5 – 9 [ Standard value is 5.5 – 6.5]


Caution:

This product is designed for textile industry only, avoid dust and prevent contact with mucous membrane and skin during handling. Flush with water in case contact in time.
