LINZYME C Plus　acid cellulase is the ultra-concentrated liquid that made by the introduced technology from United States extracted through submerged fermentation by up-scale equipments. This product can be remixed to be different quality. Mainly for finishing e.g. removing fuzz and polishing against cellulose fibre fabrics e.g. cotton, ramie, viscose and its blended fabrics.

LINZYME C Plus　as the ultra-concentrated acid cellulase, its best feature is that can quickly & efficiently remove the yarn fuzz of fabric on the surface in a short time. So illuminant metamerism is slight. Widely used for enzyme washing top grade garments and polishing top grade fabrics, make the finished garment and the fabric shiny & bright, texture clear, soft hand feeling, good pilling resistance. Shorten the processing time, economize the energy.

Processing condition:

Enzyme amount: 0.2% ～ 0.25% (owf- to fabric weight, the exact amount is depending on the processing demand) [52000]

Bath ratio: 5 ～ 15

Temperature: 45 ～ 55℃ (55ᵒC is standard)

Processing time: 50 ～ 60 minutes, the exact time is depending on the processing demand

pH value: 4.5 ～ 5.0, optimum pH: 4.5 ～ 4.8, if not in this scope, adjust with glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate buffer solution. If use other chemicals when use this product, the intermiscibility of other chemicals and this product needs to be tested, check whether affect the enzyme activity.

For inactivation, raise the temperature @ 80 ̊ C. and drop the bath after 5-10 minutes.

Standard package 30kg plastic drum, also can pack according to customer’s demands.

This product shall be stored under 25℃ in cool and dry place, high temperature and direct sunlight must be avoided, shelf life is 6 months under the sealed condition, enzyme activity exceeds the activity indicated.
